All covered, very interesting reading. How to set the pace at meetings and keep them fun and exciting, motivating and never dull. How to leverage technology like video conferencing, internet, phone conferences and lastly, how to end a meeting, setting a tone for action and commitment that will produce results. If you are in charge of running a meeting, or attending one, shouldn\'t you get the most out of it, shouldn\'t everyone in attendance?
