Air Purifiers - Ionic Technology Explained

With indoor air pollution rising every year, more and more people are looking at easy, inexpensive and effective ways to clean the air in their homes and offices for healthier living. Ionic air cleaning has made its way to the forefront of the industry in recent years due to its unique air cleaning process.

Ionic air cleaning is unlike any type of air purification method available. Instead of sucking in dirty air (as most air purifiers do), filtering it through the machine\'s filtration system and blowing it back out into the room, ionic cleaning actually purifies the air you breathe inside of your home or office by re-creating living air in the same way Mother Nature does it in the out of doors!

This high-tech ionization method of cleaning the air around us electronically produces clean air thus virtually eliminating odors and allergens such as mold, mildew, dust, pet dander, dangerous second hand smoke, fungi, dust mites, chemical fumes from everyday cleaners, bacteria and pollen by creating a similar balance of negative and positive ions as is found in the cleanest country and mountain airs in the world. While the negative ion count in a typical home is less than 100, an ionic air purifier can pump enough negative ions into the air to bring that number to 4,00 or more, thus creating a clean, fresh country air naturally right inside of your own home.

One of the main differences between the ionic cleansing process, and other air purifying systems is the way the air in your home or office is actually cleaned. Unlike traditional purifiers, which actually clean existing air within the room or living space, the ionic technology actually allows the model to actually produce more fresh air, which not only freshens the air you breathe, but eliminates odors too!

Some other benefits of using an ionic air purifier instead of other popular models include:

  • A compact and portable size.
  • \r
  • No installation.
  • \r
  • Standard 100V electrical outlet.
  • \r
  • Energy efficiency.
  • \r
  • The elimination of duct work.
  • \r
  • No need to replace filters.
  • \r
  • Complete user control.
  • \r
  • The ability to create a negative to positive ion ration of 4:3

Cleaning the air in your home has just taken on a new state-of-the-art method: ionization. Try it for a cleaner, more refreshing atmosphere that\'ll feel like you just stepped into the mountains after a spring thunderstorm.
