Well, in our example we need to host multiple websites (domains) because we have seven small stores around United State, I mean store A, store B, store C, etc websites; We want that every store has its our domain name because the stores are independents (some stores have products than others not).

As we said in our example we have seven domains (seven stores) to host, right? If we are going to spend, $10 a month for every hosting account, we are going to spend $70 a month. Easy right? Great, Go ahead.

This is the trick, if we contract a hosting company offering to host multiple or unlimited domain names in one hosting account, and we are going to pay for this service $10 a month, we are saving $60 a month! We are saving $720 yearly! Sound good, right? But we can save more money, how? Some of these hosting providers are offering a big discount if we contract the hosting service for 12 or 24 month in advance, for example if we are going to pay 12 month in advance, the cost is only $6 a month, well here we are saving $64 a month, this is $768 yearly. (the prices depend of the hosting storage)

Think about it, if we have a stable networks’ stores or we are thinking to have many websites for long time, how much will we save in 10 years? We will save around $7500 (paying $6 a month). You can use the money to travel, buy a TV or whatever.

A dear friend wrote back “I’m ready and willing but I’m a white male”. I was so surprised at his comment. When I use the word ‘diverse’ I mean a representation of all groups.

Time and again companies, organizations and entreprenuers wonder why does diversity mean to them. All too often it is about compliance. Diversity is about profits and productivity.

Here are some questions to ponder. Are you missing opportunities to:

Serve your customers more effectively?
Design new profit centers by creating niche products?

It was only a few years ago that Freehold Dubai property was unheard of, so it’s not all that surprising that until very recently the mortgages available here were fairly limited. It is far too easy to forget that only a decade or so ago, what is now row after row of high rise buildings and luxury villas used to be empty desert, with just a few scattered buildings. Well you may have noticed things have come along way in a short time since then. Dubai has transformed itself into one of the hottest property markets and tourists destinations in the world. Yet despite this, when trying to purchasing a property, buyers were finding themselves with a very limited choice of mortgages, and those that were available were not offering vary favorable rates. Buyers only had a choice of Amlak for Emaar properties and with Nakheel’s property their financer Tamweel. Therefore with no competition and no solid legal frame work in place the market was destined to have to improve.

And I am glad to say that has been the case! The market has now been opened up by the government, resulting in a much improved situation for property buyers. You now have world renowned lenders like Barclays, HSBC along with the likes of RakBank and National Bank of Dubai competing with Amlak and Tamweel, who have been forced to reduce their rates with the extra competition. So, you may be thinking that this is all well and good, but how does it actually save you money? Well, it’s not exactly a secrete that Dubai’s rents are rather on the high side. And when I say I mean up to and over 50% of people’s earnings. And what do they get at the end of all this, after paying out large sums of money every month. Nothing! And you don’t need to be an expert to figure out that is not exactly a great investment. It has got to the point where rents are nearing a similar level as mortgage repayments, throwing up the odd situation where you can purchase your own property for a similar monthly outgoing as your rent would be.

When this is your choice, anyone looking to stay in Dubai for more than a few months would do well to purchase a property and actually save themselves money whilst doing so! Buying a freehold property has made so much sense!

So many educational tools on foreclosures claim they have the ’secret buying’ strategy that will get homeowners in default chasing you down and begging to buy their house.

Believe me, this is not the case.

The truth is, no one spends enough time on the people and sales skills that are required to establish critical rapport with the homeowner to get to ‘win win’.

Foreclosure investors who come across as professional, concerned, and armed with a solution that is in the best interest of the homeowner end up doing consistant, profitable deals.

If you come across as predatory or phony in any way chances are you’ll get the door slammed in your face, ( or phone hung up on you )

Remember, pre-foreclosures are very lucrative so being able to connect with these owners is critical to your success, this is what separates you from the pack of foreclosure investors lacking in people skills.

As a foreclosure investor do you know how to ask the distressed owner the right questions?

I can’t stress the importance of the INITIAL interview process with the distressed home owner. Ask the right questions and let them talk. They’ve no doubt been bombarded with one way communication (mail, automated voice messages, postcards…) and you need to know their story, from THEIR point of view, how they got to their current situation. Focus on them. Let them talk.

Too many beginning foreclosure investors:

- Fail to properly interview the homeowner

- Make a good recommendation whether retention or liquidation strategy is feasible

- Waste time visiting unqualified homeowners ( because of step 1)

These 3 simple steps are the key to marketing and establishing rapport with the homeowner. Until you ask the right questions can you decide if you want to work the homeowner or look for other properties.

Pre-foreclosures, homes in default (NOD) but are not up for public auction yet are extremely lucrative buys so as a foreclosure investor you should be actively seeking these types of properties. Even though many foreclosure investors know the details, options and current rules of foreclosure they fail because they lack the best people skills.

Swedish Scientists did a study and found that young men with low intelligence scores were more likely to commit suicide.

Researchers from Sweden’s Karolinska Institute analyzed test scores for 987,308 armed forced recruits and then cross-referenced the data with those who subsequently committed suicide over 26 years - a total of almost 3,000. They found that those with the lowest scores were three times more likely to take their own lives. Institute associate professor, Finn Rasmussen, reported in the British Medical Journal: “There is a strong inverse association between intelligence test scores and suicide. Better performance on the tests was associated with a reduced risk of suicide.” So The scientists speculate that poor test scores could be associated with depression and schizophrenia - two conditions which contribute to suicide. They further offer: “It is also possible that people with low intelligence are less able to deal with their problems and may consider suicide as a solution.”

Now then armed with this information how can we prevent young men from joining suicide squads? Educate them? Give them something to live for? Use TV or virtual learning, things such as the discovery channel as we have in the United States? Why not? Al-Jazeera satellite television station is awfully effective on smearing America and her efforts. Why not use TV the other way, make small bite size history, math, language, geography, lessons on TV, helping them learn and helping them develop a desire to travel, understand and dream?

Before this particular study there have been only a few relevant studies on the subject, however there have been a few which indicated similar outcomes.

Few previous studies have assessed the association of measures of intelligence with suicide. The 1946 British birth cohort study found that suicide was associated with delayed physical development but not with age at first speech, alertness (age 7 years), or measures of intelligence at age 15 years. There were only 11 suicides in that study and so it lacked power to detect potentially important effects. A study of 43 suicides in Israeli conscripts aged 18-21 years suggested that they were of above average intelligence,4 although patterns of suicide in the context of military service may differ from those in the general population. A study of university students in the United States, however, also found an increased risk of suicide among the offspring of better educated or professional parents. Suicide rates among Australian army conscripts were strongly associated with a measure of general intelligence, even after adjustment for several other risk markers, but this study was based on only 76 suicides. In a previous study of Swedish conscripts, associations with suicide were attenuated after adjustment for measures of conduct and personality. Several studies have examined the association of childhood IQ with overall mortality. In two Scottish studies low IQ at age 10-11 years and poor mental ability at age 11 years were strongly associated with all cause mortality.

These studies in fact seem to make sense and so we need to work on ways to increase intelligence, thru early schooling, nutrition and in the home parenting. This will come soon enough. But we have TV sets now and if we were to set up their televisions with educational stations, we might find fewer young men joining suicide terrorist groups. Further I propose healthy bodies to go with those new healthy minds. I propose setting up soccer fields throughout Iraq with floodlights for use at night too. Keep the energy on the field and give them something to work for, teaching them a different kind of group teamwork, one that builds strength of character and camaraderie in a positive way. Help them develop in to strong young men with dreams and passion, intelligence and perseverance and you will find no more suicide bombers in that land. No that is a new vision for the youth of Iraq. Onward and Upward for all the right reasons.
